By using SilkPassUZ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SilkPassUZ is a marketplace connecting travellers with licensed Uzbek tour operators, hotels and guides ("Operators"). We also provide an AI concierge, itinerary tools, a digital pass and a Telegram bot.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be 18+ to make bookings or hold an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. Bookings & payment
- Bookings form a contract between you and the Operator. SilkPass acts as agent.
- Prices are shown in USD; local equivalents may apply at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe / Click / Payme. We never store full card data.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms vary per tour and are shown at booking. Default policy: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure; 50% refund up to 48 hours; non-refundable thereafter.
5. AI content
AI-generated itineraries and recommendations are provided as guidance and may contain errors. Always verify critical details (visa, opening hours, halal certification) before relying on them.
6. Acceptable use
- No fraudulent bookings, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- Respect Operators, guides and local culture.
- No misuse of digital passes or QR codes.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilkPass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the relevant booking.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
