What you can complain about
- Tour quality, safety or misrepresentation
- Operator behaviour or no-show
- Payment, refund or invoice issues
- Data privacy or your personal information
How we handle it
- Acknowledgment within 48 hours.
- Investigation with the relevant operator.
- Final response within 14 calendar days.
- If unresolved, you may escalate to your local consumer authority or the Uzbek State Tourism Committee.
